Vince Wilson
has always been interested in
science, history, and the
unexplained since as far back as
he can remember. Together with a
long-time high school friend, he
founded the Baltimore Society
for Paranormal Research. He soon
set his sites higher and formed
the Maryland Paranormal
Investigators Coalition -- a
collection of groups dedicated
to serious paranormal research
and scientific observation.
Wilson is the author of
Ghost Tech and
Ghost Science. He has
lectured on ghost hunting
technology and has also appeared
on all the major local TV
stations in the Baltimore area
and on numerous radio stations
in regards to his work in
paranormal research. He has also
been featured on Creepy Canada
in 2005 aboard the USS
Constellation and the Discovery
Channel in 2006 for an
investigation he did at the
Edgar Allan Poe House in
Baltimore. He lives in a
possibly haunted location in
Southeast Baltimore (he refuses
to investigate his own place).

Eric Martin
is
one of the founding members of
The Eastern Paranormal Research
Society (E.P.R.S.). A software
quality assurance professional
by day, he has a B.S. in
Information Science from Drexel
University and has International
Software Testing Qualifications
Board CTFL and CTAL-FT
certifications. Seeing many
parallels between paranormal
research and his day job, he
decided to bring a methodic and
analytical approach to
paranormal investigation based
upon proven quality assurance
practices. As the E.P.R.S. motto
states, he is "dedicated to
defining paranormal research as
a science"...and believes that
the only way to ever achieve
mainstream recognition by the
scientific community is through
strictly defined documentation
practices and research
procedures.
The Eastern Paranormal Research
Society was founded in September
of 2006. Based out of
Southeastern Pennsylvania, they
cover a wide area including
southern New York, New Jersey,
Pennsylvania, Maryland,
Delaware, and northern Virginia.
They conduct their paranormal
investigations with a skeptic
eye and by following scientific
methods. The main goal of
E.P.R.S. is to understand more
about the world around them, as
well as to help those who are
experiencing paranormal
phenomenon.

Russ Noretel
Russ has lived in Arbutus,
Maryland for his entire life.
He first took an interest in the
paranormal field because of some
experiences that he had at an
early age and as a teen. Russ
became increasingly interested
in the paranormal in his mid to
late 20’s when he realized that
others were conducting
scientific research in the
field. His first steps into the
paranormal community occurred in
2006 when he went on his first
scientific investigation. Russ
went on a few public and private
investigations with a group
over the course of 2006
and 2007. It was in 2008 when
Russ found his way to one of
Vince Wilson’s Workshops. After
the workshop, Russ was invited
to join The Baltimore Society
for Paranormal Research (BSPR).
He and Vince quickly became
friends. Over the course of the
next 6 months, Russ trained with
Vince. Over the course of that
training Russ realized that
Vince’s paranormal investigating
techniques worked hand in hand
with some of the training and
techniques uses in his day job.
In July 2008, Russ was offered
and accepted the position of
Team Leader for BSPR and is
looking forward to leading the
team on its future
